MOKE International produces electric vehicles built for leisurely, lifestyle-driven travel. With the launch of the Electric MOKE on the horizon, the brand faced a critical challenge: multiple regional websites with inconsistent visual identities were diluting the brand's premium positioning — and putting pre-order momentum at risk. I was brought in to unify MOKE's digital presence and design a website experience that could sell a lifestyle, not just a vehicle.

Problem

MOKE International had two requests to unify its digital presence and to shine a spotlight on its new product launch – the Electric MOKE. With several different websites based in different locations, MOKE lacked a strong and consistent brand identity and were at risk of missing out on valuable pre-orders.

Result

The finished website positions MOKE as a premium lifestyle brand, not just an electric vehicle manufacturer. Key outcomes of the redesign:

Unified brand presence — a single, consistent visual system now applies across all regional digital touchpoints, eliminating the fragmentation that previously diluted brand recognition.

Conversion-focused user journey — the redesigned site leads visitors through a clear narrative: discover the lifestyle, understand the product, configure and pre-order. Calls to action, USPs, and product specs are structured to reduce friction and support purchase decisions.

Launch-ready digital foundation — the design was delivered ahead of the Electric MOKE launch, giving the brand a digital presence strong enough to support campaign traffic and pre-order activity from day one.

Design process

The design direction was rooted in the Electric MOKE's core identity — open-air freedom, coastal living, and effortless exploration. I developed a visual language inspired by sea, sand, and sunshine: a warm, editorial colour palette, clean typography with an aspirational tone, and a layout structure designed to let lifestyle photography do the heavy lifting. Every design decision was made to create a sense of desire before a single spec was read. The colour system — spanning sandy neutrals, ocean blues, and deep navy — was defined to work consistently across all regional markets while retaining a premium, editorial feel.
