The Moving Portal is a UK-based property services platform that helps buyers find the right home through expert surveys, guidance, and clarity throughout the decision-making process. The brand was starting from scratch — no visual identity, no website, no digital presence. I was brought in to build everything from the ground up: logo, brand system, and a marketing website designed to establish credibility and convert visitors into clients.

Problem
Moving Portal needed a clear and professional online presence that would explain their service offering in a simple way while building credibility in a competitive real estate market. The existing brand lacked a strong visual identity and a website that could effectively communicate trust, expertise, and reliability to potential clients.

Visual identity
The visual identity was built around three core values: professionalism, clarity, and approachability. Property buyers are making some of the most significant financial decisions of their lives — the brand needed to feel confident and reassuring without being cold or corporate. A clean green palette communicates trust and forward movement, while the typography system prioritises readability and hierarchy across all touchpoints. The logo was designed to be simple, recognisable, and versatile — working equally well on a website header, a business card, or a digital document.


UI Design
The website design focuses on guiding visitors through a clear narrative: understand the service, build trust in the team, and take the next step with confidence. Each page section was structured to answer a specific question the visitor is likely asking — what is this, how does it work, why should I trust it, and how do I get started. Visual hierarchy, whitespace, and strategic use of imagery were used to create a calm, organised experience that reflects the brand's commitment to clarity.

Brand System
The full brand system colour palette, typography, logo variations, and spacing guidelines was documented to ensure consistent application across all future digital and physical touchpoints.
